Hi, I love your site so much… These are exactly the kind of recipes I was looking for! Just one thing, though, I don’t think your recipes tab shows all your recipes. I have come across a few that cannot find under the recipes tab.

Do you have a low carb, gluten free gravy recipe that you mentioned with the Duchess Cauliflowers?

Hi Carmen! I usually make the brown gravy from ready, commercial base (demi-glace) which is basically made just from beef stock (no food additives, just bones, veggies and herbs) and reduced until thick. I add some salt and black pepper to season it. It’s simple but tasty.

I’ve been poking around on low carbs sites for weeks,I’m so glad i finally found u.I’ve been overwhelmed by recipes that have numerous weird ingredients and come out tasting horrorable.

Any ideas for a pie crust. Mine is 3 cups flour, 11/2 cup lard, 1 egg, 5 T water, drop vinegar. It is my recipe for 40 years. My husband is trying wheat free but would love an “apple pie” Thanks

Hi Linda, sorry for the late answer. I have done some pie crust experiments but unfortunately I don’t have any proper recipe which I would consider worth publishing. However, I’m working on one. What I have used often for apple pie is the simple crust for the Low-Carb Banoffee Pie ( 6 tablespoons (85 g) butter (melted), 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) almond flour and 1/3 cup (80 ml) brown sugar substitute. You cannot roll out this dough, but rather press it firmly into the pan. One teaspoon vanilla extract makes a nice addition to apple pie crust.

Just wanted to say that I found your site yesterday and have already made three if your recipes! All were great and I especially love the lemon curd on the vanilla toffee cookies, which I made with vanilla stevia instead of toffee and they are awesome as well! So happy to find some easy and quick LC recipes for desserts. Most are complex and time consuming. Keep up the great work!
