This really is the ultimate weight-loss plan: each day consists of carefully developed ultra-low-carb recipes that are easy to make and contain simple, real-food ingredients for guaranteed weight loss!

What is Keto-Paleo?

Keto-paleo is the ultimate way to lose weight rapidly or break a weight-loss plateau. Eating naturally gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free food is the healthiest way to lose even significant amounts of weight. We use only real food ingredients – no food additives or artificial sweeteners, and absolutely no junk!

In this way of eating, healthy fats play an important role, while protein intake is moderate. Carbs are reduced to the minimum – it will guarantee nutritional ketosis and that your body enters fat-burning mode. A slight calorie deficiency ensures that you will indeed burn your body fat for energy, rather than fat from food.

Why is This The Ultimate Weight Loss Kick-Start 7-Day Keto-Paleo Meal Plan?

You can trust the quality of this meal plan. I shed a lot of sweat and tears when developing this ultimate weight-loss kick-start meal plan: I picked the best ingredients for effortless weight loss, designed  easy-to-prepare meals with variety in taste and sufficient nutrients, carefully planned and calculated the macros, prepared, tested and tuned each meal and shot professional, mouth-watering photos to delight your eye and bring you real results!

When I say that this weight-loss meal plan is ultra-low-carb (ketogenic), I mean that the net carbs are under 5% of your daily energy intake. On weekends, the carb count is increased slightly to keep your metabolism running, but the amount of carbs you eat is still kept very low –the highest daily amount of carbs is 6.8% of the total energy intake. Each day, protein intake represents around 20% of the daily energy intake, or slightly less. Fat represents 74% – 80% of your daily energy intake.

This plan includes two daily meals– and you might ask why. There are several reasons but the most important one is to sustain the fat-burning process. If you eat often, you stay in a preprandial state most of the time, which makes losing weight difficult. Moreover, every time you eat carbs or protein your pancreas secretes insulin, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to burn fat. Eating satiating meals only twice a day keeps you in a constant fat-burning mode. Another reason is that even each recipe is quick and easy to make, you don’t have to cook that often for two meals a day. This gives you time to do more important things.

However, it’s not absolutely mandatory to eat only two meals a day. No worries if you have to eat more often: simply divide breakfast into breakfast and lunch. And remember: the meal plan includes a list of food items and drinks you can enjoy freely at any time!

Since each meal contains under or around 600 kcal and approximately the same amount of macronutrients, feel free to swap meals, reorganize your menu plan or repeat certain meals after you’ve found your favorites.
