Hello, my lovely reader! It’s that time of year again — Christmas is sneaking up faster than Santa down a chimney — and if you’re anything like me, you want festive treats without the fuss. Now, I usually stick to a carnivore lifestyle, but this week I decided to shake things up with a keto-friendly holiday delight for all you keto warriors out there. Enter: Keto Snowflake Truffles.

I stumbled upon the original Snowflake Truffle recipe on LorAnn’s page, and immediately thought, “Why not keto-ify this beauty?” Plus, with my obsession for recipes that use 5 ingredients or less, this was a no-brainer.

I took the original recipe, stripped it down, and simplified the method so much that even your holiday-stressed, eggnog-fueled self can whip these up without breaking a sweat. Seriously, why do recipes have to be so damn complicated when you can do it the easy way?

But what I love most about these truffles is that they’re a lifesaver when you’re short on time but still want something festive, creamy, and keto-approved. Bonus: you can make them days ahead, freeze them, and then roll them in coconut right before serving — easy, peasy, zero-stressy.

When the air turns chilly and coffee suddenly feels incomplete without a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, I know it’s time for eggnog season — or at least the preseason. You know, that magical time when it’s still socially acceptable to pretend you’re “just testing holiday recipes” instead of fully diving headfirst into whipped cream and nutmeg.

Eggnog has always been one of those flavors that makes me instantly nostalgic. It tastes like warmth, comfort, and maybe a little mischief — the kind that comes from adding “just a drop” of rum that somehow turns into a generous splash. But as much as I adore it, traditional eggnog and keto living get along about as well as cats and bubble baths.

Well, I do have a proper keto eggnog recipe in my Low-Sugar, So Simple book, and it’s still one of my favorite holiday treats. But this year, I wanted to take that same cozy flavor and do something a little more… playful.

That’s how these Keto Eggnog Gummies came to life. All the creamy, spiced flavor of eggnog, but in fun, bite-sized form. No sugar, no heaviness, and definitely no guilt — just soft, wobbly bites of pure holiday cheer.

These gummies capture everything I love about eggnog: the silky creaminess, the warmth of nutmeg, and that subtle hint of rum — but without the sugar crash or the post-nog nap. They’re poppable, portable, and somehow manage to taste both nostalgic and new at the same time.

And yes, they’re ridiculously easy to make. Just five ingredients, one saucepan, and a fridge. That’s it. No complicated steps, no gelatin rituals, no waiting for Santa. Just a few minutes of effort for a batch of creamy, festive candies that make November feel instantly cozier.
