I was so close to not posting this recipe because I was actually ashamed (and I still am!) of how simple it is. Even though its name sounds luxurious, it has just two ingredients (and I bet you can already guess what they are!). But it’s still pretty ingenious, if I do say so myself—or, at least, really simple and delicious, so I decided to share it with you.

Perfect for the holidays as well as for the New Year, this fondue recipe will be the hit of any adult party, and your guests will rave about it for months to come. And they’ll be shocked when you tell them it calls for a mere two ingredients!

Here’s another super-delicious variation on my 4-Ingredient White Chocolate Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake Ice Cream post, just like I promised. And this Dark Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake No-Churn Ice Cream is even easier to make. You don’t have cook anything: you just whip all the ice cream ingredients together, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, add the sugar-free raspberry jam, and just freeze. That’s it: No ice cream maker needed! Then, after a few hours, you’ve got a seriously scrumptious low-carb keto ice cream.

Well, hello, all Nutella lovers! That hazelnutty, chocolatey and sublimely silky spread has millions of fans all over the world. Whole generations have been growing up on Nutella – my husband for example!

Unfortunately, as we know, this popular spread has unhealthy ingredients that are an absolute no-no on a healthy sugar-free low-carb diet. As that baddie — sugar — is the main ingredient, the carb count becomes intolerably high. And when you add all that fat (Nutella contains an ample amount of palm oil), the combination of carbs and fat is pretty toxic. Even the manufacturer claims the palm oil is not hydrogenated; all that sugar is a very legitimate reason to skip the spread if you are concerned with your health — or the health of your loved ones. There is simply no reason to feed any kid Nutella, especially when preparing healthier, better-tasting options is so unbelievably easy!

Those who are familiar with me know I cannot start my day without a big mug of strong, black coffee. A good start for the day simply cries for the sumptuous smell of coffee, which wakes up all your senses. And when you taste the first sip of freshly-made coffee, you feel each cell in your body wake up. Ok, maybe I’m a coffee addict, but that’s not too bad of an addiction, I think.

For a change, I enjoyed my morning coffee in another form. To be honest, I haven’t been a big lover of the extremely trendy chia puddings, maybe because I don’t like chia seeds. Well, to be even more honest, I haven’t even tried chia pudding, so I cannot really tell if I like it or not!

I got rid of my lack of knowledge, and did some low-carb chia pudding experiments. The winner proved this Coffee and Chocolate Chip Chia Pudding, which is a perfect all-in-one breakfast, including that sumptuous coffee! I’m sure you will love it, too.
