There just aren’t enough easy keto bread recipes out there, don’t you think? Well, I’m about to help solve that problem! This dairy-free bread recipe is going to be one of the easiest bread recipes you’ll ever try. I promise. Just stir all the ingredients together, shape into a loaf, and bake. That’s it! It literally cannot get any easier.

But this bread doesn’t sacrifice taste for simplicity. It’s delicious, and the texture is just what it should be: a crispy crust surrounding a soft interior. And it’s versatile and easy to vary. The basic version is superb for sweet and savory toppings alike, but by adding salt, stevia, herbs, or other seasonings you can easily tune the recipe to your taste. As always, you’ll find more tips for variations at the end of the post.

I just love basic recipes because they leave lots of space for variations. You can let your imagination fly and add vanilla extract or other extracts, berries, nuts, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, berry powders, sugar-free jam or flavorings or anything you happen to have in your pantry at that moment. Moreover, basic muffins are great bases for frostings. Make a gorgeous and luscious frosting and let it shine as a beautiful crown on top of the muffin!

I decided to post a series of hot drinks which are perfect for the holiday time but also any time when you need some warmth and comfort. All these drinks are vegan and paleo, to make them suitable for as many people as possible. I wanted to keep the drinks low in carbs as well, naturally without sacrificing any flavor.

But first, let me introduce Hot Cardamom Chocolate, an unbelievably creamy and delicious drink where dark cocoa powder gives the ultimate chocolaty flavor, coconut cream makes the drink rich and thick and where cardamom provides spiciness and extra warmth. I have to say that I seldom have tasted anything that creamy, which is vegan as well!
