Easy Egg Gratin with Sriracha Sauce

First of all, I want to thank Gladys — my dear friend and reader — for this wonderful recipe idea. She sent me an old Hard Boiled Eggs Gratin recipe that was found in a wooden trunk which had been hidden away in the corner of a dusty attic for generations.
I was immediately intrigued with egg gratin; it sounded like a perfect idea and looked gorgeous. Actually, I made several experiments when perfecting the recipe — you can read more about them in this post. This variation is my absolute favorite, though, because it’s so tasty: Sriracha (or homemade Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce) is a great companion for this easy, nearly-zero-carb egg gratin.

Pizza Stuffed Zucchini

Is there such a thing as easy, healthy, tasty pizza? Yes, there is! This recipe lets you satisfy your pizza cravings—and your family’s—in the simplest, healthiest imaginable way.
It’s perfect for anyone following a gluten-free diet, since there’s no wheat-filled crust. And it’s also ideal for low-carbers with nut allergies, since it doesn’t contain any nut- or almond-based crust: succulent, super-healthy zucchini does the job instead.
Last but not least, you can think of this as the healthiest-even deep-dish pizza (!), since you can add a really thick layer of toppings to the low-carb veggie crust.
Hint: You’ll find the video for the recipe under the recipe box.

The Best Southern Fried Cabbage

Naturally low in carbs, this popular Southern-style side is both tasty and comforting. Cabbage is a wonderful low-carb veggie full of nutrients and health benefits. Onion is a must: there is a rare savory dish that doesn’t call for onion! So, it is also with this side dish; onion adds a lot to the flavor — especially when it’s deliciously caramelized — and simply cannot be left out. Last but not least, just the right amount of the all-time favorite low-carb ingredient, bacon, gives a cozy, full-bodied flavor and makes the dish hearty. I prefer my Southern Fried Cabbage soft, almost mushy, but please feel free to leave your cabbage crispy if you desire. This is sure to become one of your favorite keto cabbage recipes!

Guest Posts etc.
If you wonder why I have been quiet for almost two weeks here on my blog, the reason is that I have been writing guest posts and planning for my next product. And as always, I have also posted some recipes exclusively on my Facebook page, however I’m planning a blog post about those to ensure that the readers who are not in Facebook can also enjoy those recipes.
Usually my Facebook-exclusive recipes are created on extempore basis, when I haven’t taken any progress photos and when I don’t explain very much about the development process. However, I consider the recipes as worth sharing because I’m sure that people will enjoy them. Below is a photo of my Sugar-Free Peppermint Fudge, which was originally just an experiment from scratch, but which turned out the most scrumptious and palatable treat!
