Bacon and Eggs on a Cloud
Last week, I learned that Eggs on a Cloud is a kinda Instagram hit now — my husband showed me an article in a German online magazine. You know Eggs on a Cloud? Where you place a whole egg yolk on top of stiff-beaten egg whites, looking like the bright-colored yolk is floating on a soft, white cloud? The idea is certainly fascinating, and I immediately got several ideas of how to vary and improve the basic recipe, naturally keeping it still simple.
In this post, you will find my experiments and variations as well as the ultimate, super-scrumptious Bacon and Eggs on a Cloud recipe! You couldn’t imagine how simple this tasty and practically zero-carb dish actually is!

Simple Beef Bone Broth Recipe
Here’s my simple take on one of my favorite superfoods, bone broth. It’s made from beef bones and jam-packed with many nutrients that help improve digestive and joint health.
There are many ways to include bone broth into your diet, but I prefer to drink it straight out of mug, piping hot, seasoned with an ample amount of unrefined sea salt. You could also use it as a soup base, or add it to any recipe that needs a little extra flavor or moisture.

Bacon Wrapped Camembert with Walnuts and How to Make Bacon Weave
I don’t know if this beauty is breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but I do know that it’s damn delicious and really low in carbs! I came up with this scrumptious creation a week ago when pondering stuff you can wrap in bacon (is there anything you CANNOT wrap in bacon!?).
Combining sweet and savory flavors as well as different textures — soft cheese and crunchy nuts in this case — creates the ultimate enjoyment.
So, this it is, the ultimate bacon-wrapped showstopper. It’s so mind-blowingly good!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Meatballs (Dairy-Free)
These meatballs have been a huge hit on our dinner table for some months now! Not only are they super simple to make, but they are also very tasty. This recipe came together more or less by accident, just using the ingredients I happened to have at hand. (Isn’t that the way how the best recipes are created, anyway?) Moreover, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything that is wrapped in bacon!
The combination of garlic, onion and paprika is quite basic what comes to seasoning, but I just consider those spices really tasty. They go well with mild chicken and savory bacon. Please feel free to use your favorite spices or seasonings, or what you happen to have in your pantry at the moment. Also, if you don’t eat bacon, you can just use turkey bacon or omit the bacon altogether and fry these like regular meatballs.

Guest Posts etc.
If you wonder why I have been quiet for almost two weeks here on my blog, the reason is that I have been writing guest posts and planning for my next product. And as always, I have also posted some recipes exclusively on my Facebook page, however I’m planning a blog post about those to ensure that the readers who are not in Facebook can also enjoy those recipes.
Usually my Facebook-exclusive recipes are created on extempore basis, when I haven’t taken any progress photos and when I don’t explain very much about the development process. However, I consider the recipes as worth sharing because I’m sure that people will enjoy them. Below is a photo of my Sugar-Free Peppermint Fudge, which was originally just an experiment from scratch, but which turned out the most scrumptious and palatable treat!

Meatloaf in a Mug — Two Variations
Before I’ll start posting crazy Halloween recipes, I want to give you quickly two extremely easy recipes for good old meatloaf in a mug. Believe me, it’s a success! Pumpkin also makes the meatloaf juicy and moist. Both variations are egg-free, and the pumpkin meatloaf is also dairy-free.

Tasty Feta Burgers (Egg-Free)
Here is a simple, Greek-style recipe I developed last week. In fact, I’ve had the idea of these burgers on my mind for a very long time, and now I finally wanted to try out how the burgers will turn out in practice. After some fine-tuning they tasted so good and my family was raving about them, so I thought the recipe is worth publishing. Hope you like these burgers as much as our family does!
