These Easy Baked Parmesan Chicken Wings are not only super-simple to make and bake, but they also make a perfect family-friendly dish. No bells and whistles necessary: Parmesan cheese, together with a couple of pantry staple seasonings, make these wings incredibly yummy. Stuffed Avocados with Creamy, Crunchy Chicken Salad
Welcome to keto food at its best! This dish is the ideal light-but-incredibly-satisfying meal, and it’s a symphony of different textures: crunchy radishes, tender avocado and meaty chicken. It’s lovely to look at, too. Summer is almost over, and the last fresh crunchy radishes of the season deserve a beautiful (and tasty!) presentation.

ABC (Avocado Bacon Cajun) Meatballs
I admit it, I’m not a genius — but this dish sure is! Making a healthy dinner is as easy as ABC — literally. You need only 5 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare this delicious, family-friendly meal.
These meatballs check all the boxes. First of all, they’re full of taste. Rich avocado provides a creamy texture and good fats; ground beef is a great source of protein; and Cajun seasoning adds a sharp kick that complements the mellow avocado and acts as an all-around flavor enhancer. And no dish would be complete without bacon, right?!
You can use other flavorful seasonings apart from Cajun (whether they start with the letter C or not!) Take a look at my experiments with different seasonings in this post and choose your favorite ones. And there are more tips for variations at the end of the post, as always.

Schlemmerfilet Bordelaise – Herbed Almond and Parmesan Crusted Fish
When I was visiting my German boyfriend (now my husband!) when he still lived in Germany over 10 years ago, I often bought him a frozen ready meal called Schlemmerfilet Bordelaise. It was so convenient; I’d just pop it in the oven and he’d gulp it down with gusto, because Schlemmerfilet Bordelaise is one of those classic German comfort foods. (Basically, it’s just Alaskan pollock crusted with a crunchy, buttery herbed crust.) And it really overdelivered: all you had to do was grab the package from the supermarket’s freezer, throw it into the oven at home, and a hearty, heavenly-tasting meal would be ready in no time.
But the commercial version is full of harmful ingredients, like wheat flour, glucose, rapeseed oil, rice starch, dehydrated glucose syrup, and sugar. They’re definitely not suitable ingredients for a keto lifestyle—or for any other type of healthy lifestyle, for that matter!
Ten years ago I was vegetarian, but nowadays I eat fish and I started missing this tasty and convenient comfort food, so I developed my own clean, keto-friendly version. Not only is it much healthier than the store-bought version, it tastes even better!

Easy Egg Gratin with Sriracha Sauce
First of all, I want to thank Gladys — my dear friend and reader — for this wonderful recipe idea. She sent me an old Hard Boiled Eggs Gratin recipe that was found in a wooden trunk which had been hidden away in the corner of a dusty attic for generations.
I was immediately intrigued with egg gratin; it sounded like a perfect idea and looked gorgeous. Actually, I made several experiments when perfecting the recipe — you can read more about them in this post. This variation is my absolute favorite, though, because it’s so tasty: Sriracha (or homemade Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce) is a great companion for this easy, nearly-zero-carb egg gratin.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Meatballs (Dairy-Free)
These meatballs have been a huge hit on our dinner table for some months now! Not only are they super simple to make, but they are also very tasty. This recipe came together more or less by accident, just using the ingredients I happened to have at hand. (Isn’t that the way how the best recipes are created, anyway?) Moreover, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything that is wrapped in bacon!
The combination of garlic, onion and paprika is quite basic what comes to seasoning, but I just consider those spices really tasty. They go well with mild chicken and savory bacon. Please feel free to use your favorite spices or seasonings, or what you happen to have in your pantry at the moment. Also, if you don’t eat bacon, you can just use turkey bacon or omit the bacon altogether and fry these like regular meatballs.

Tasty Feta Burgers (Egg-Free)
Here is a simple, Greek-style recipe I developed last week. In fact, I’ve had the idea of these burgers on my mind for a very long time, and now I finally wanted to try out how the burgers will turn out in practice. After some fine-tuning they tasted so good and my family was raving about them, so I thought the recipe is worth publishing. Hope you like these burgers as much as our family does!
