          Sure, but it uses some ready keto products (for example, the crust is made with the keto baking mix I’ve created for my previous company) that are not available worldwide. However, you can use any keto crust for the pie. Also the sugar-free apricot jam you can replace with any sugar-free jam — or just leave it out and increase the sweetener.

          Keto Apricot Quark Pie
          ———————-

          Crust:
          2 1/2 cups (300 ml) Ketokamu Baking Mix
          3 tbsp erythritol-stevia sweetener
          3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
          4 tbsp boiling water

          Filling:
          400 g quark
          3 organic eggs
          1 dl Good Good apricot jam
          2 tbsp (or to taste) erythritol-stevia sweetener
          1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder

          1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
          2. Prepare the crust: Place all the crust ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead into a firm dough.
          3. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish with a diameter of about 9 inches (23cm). Note: No need to pre-bake the crust.
          4. Prepare the filling: Whisk all the filling ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Pour over the crust in the pie dish and smooth the surface.
          5. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set but slightly jiggly.
          6. Let cool and serve.
