I am not strict carnivore, I would say mostly animal based but still eat a very limited amounts of veggies, like cabbage, broccoli and lettuces. I also eat blueberries for fruits. So I will be adding the allulose, and some vanilla. I love that I don’t need an ice cream maker, this is great! Loved your humor and some of it was poetic! Thanks again!

Yes, I agree that allulose is great—although it can cause severe stomach upset for some people.

Allulose is the best sweetener out there. No gastric upset and it doesn’t elevate your b/s. It has no aftertaste. Monk fruit sweetener is not my favorite choice at all for various reasons.

I absolutely don’t recommend that. Even though honey comes from an animal, it’s unequivocally detrimental to health with all that sugar—especially fructose. Therefore, I don’t consider honey to be carnivore. Moreover, honey is essentially bee vomit, and I don’t want to eat anybody’s vomit! Those “carnivores” who promote honey should be jailed!
