Hi, Thanks so much for this recipe! I’ve been searching for commercially-made vegan white chocolate that was sugar-free but not sweetened with artifical (chemcial) sweeteners. There are none. None of the recipes for myo white vegan sugar-free chocolate were very good (& I tried many!). Finally I’ve found a good one. Thanks very much!

This was really good. I can’t use Stevia due to ragweed allergy, but I like to use pure monk fruit along with the Lakanto brand of monkfruit/erythitol. I did 1/8 tsp pure monk fruit and 1 TBS powdered monkfruit/erythritol mix. I like to use pure vanilla powder instead of vanilla extract, so it did turn pretty dark, but I don’t care about the color. What matters to me is the taste, and it tasted very good. I added pure orange essential oil drops to a couple of the servings, and it was delicous. Thanks for the recipe!

I tried this recipe today and it was really great, thanks! Not sure what other flavours I’d like to try, maybe a berry like blueberry or raspberry. I doubled the recipe as it looked pretty small in the saucepan, then used an easy to remove ice-cube tray and it worked a treat. Thanks again.

Hi Elviira! I have a first time batch of this white chocolate in the freezer right now 🙂 SO EXCITED. I tried searching your site and FB but couldn’t find a similar milk chocolate version. Do you have a recipe for milk chocolate bars? The store bought are very expensive! Thanks in advance!
