Hi Roberta, this recipe contains yogurt to prevent dryness and to make the meatloaf juicy. Mayo sounds also a great option. As it&#039;s so greasy, maybe a couple of tablespoons would suffice. And who doesn&#039;t like bacon? I bet it makes the meatloaf even tastier!]]></description>
